Have an older system? Alternative Technologies takes pride in our ability to keep older systems running smoothly long beyond the “end of life” date determined by the manufacturer. If you have a system we installed between 5 and 15 years ago, congratulations – you’ve definitely gotten your money’s worth!
We will continue to service your older phone system for as long as we possibly can, with maintenance, troubleshooting and replacement parts, including telephones.
Contact us for user materials for your older system. If you’re ready to talk about something new, including moving to the cloud and saving on carrier costs, we’re here for you.
Telephone systems, like most technology, have security vulnerabilities too. Download and share this document with your staff.
